The benefits of CST are; relieve headaches, chronic neck pain and back pain, stress and tension disorder. 

Contraindications are acute aneurysm, cerebral hemorrhage or other preexisting severe bleeding disorders are examples of conditions that could be affected by small intracranial pressure changes.

 

Lymphatic Drainage

A very light and gentle massage. The fluid in the lymphatic system help remove waste and toxins from bodily tissues. Lymphatic drainage benefits are circulation, fatigue, swelling, stress and so much more.

Contraindications are congestive heart failure, blood clots, kidney problems, infections, or circulation problems. If a person has any medical conditions, they should talk to a doctor before trying a lymphatic massage.
